TERMINI E CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA

ISTRUZIONI PER L’ARRIVO
Dopo il ritiro bagagli e il servizio dogana nella sala degli arrivi ci sarà un nostro autista ad attendervi con un cartello con scritto sopra il vostro nome.
Tempo massimo di attesa 60 minuti dopodicchè si proverà a contattare il cliente e se non si hanno notizie l’autista potrà andare via e il servizio sarà regolarmente pagato.

ISTRUZIONI PER LA PARTENZA
Attendere presso la sala del vostro alloggio dove l’autista vi incontrerà.
Tempo massimo di attesa 20 minuti dopo il quale si proverà a contattare il cliente e se non si hanno notizie l’autista potrà andare via e il servizio sarà regolarmente pagato.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI
Si prega di inserire tutte le informazioni corrette al momento della prenotazione per evitare costi aggiuntivi sia in arrivo che in partenza, circa un’ora prima del servizio si riceverà sul telefono inserito al momento della prenotazione il telefono dell’autista che effettuerà il servizio.
Il costo di tutte le prenotazioni cancellate 12 ore prima sarà riaccreditato sulla vostra carta di credito al netto delle commissioni.
Per cancellare una prenotazione si può inviare una mail all’indirizzo: (info@biaautonoleggio.com)
Entro tre giorni dal servizio sarà inviata via mail all’indirizzo inserito al momento della prenotazione la fattura relativa al costo della prenotazione stessa.

Instructions for arrival

After retrieving the luggage and passing customs controll please proceed to the arrival hall, where the driver will greet you with the card with your name on it. Maximum awaiting time is 60 minutes, after that driver may contact the client, if no further instructions received driver may leave and the service will be considered as provided and paid in full.

Wait for the driver at the given address where the he will pick you up. Maximum awaiting time is 20 minutes, after that driver may contact the client, if no further instructions received driver may leave and the service will be considered as provided and paid in full.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Please provide the correct information during the booking process in order to avoid any additional costs. You will receive a phone notification with your order details and phone number of the driver who will be rendering the service one hour before the time of departure. All refunds of the bookings made 12 hours before the time of the order will be made on your credit card excluding the commission.
